Log into your Pothys account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item within the valid timeframe.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging for a successful quality check by our team.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 2-3 business days to collect the return package.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 days.
